Service Level Agreement Awards

Portishead Town Council continues to support some groups with ongoing funding to deliver a service within Portishead. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets the expectations between the group and the Town Council and describes the services to be delivered over a period of time set out in the SLA. These groups are asked to report each year and if conditions have been met, agreed and funding is available the following years payment is made.
