Portishead Neighbourhood Plan - Submission Version

The draft Neighbourhood Plan has now been updated to reflect comments received during Regulation 14 consultation, which was held earlier in 2022. Thank you to all those who commented.

The updated Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to North Somerset Council, who will hold a second round of formal consultation (Regulation 16) on the document. Following consultation, the Plan will be examined by an independent Examiner, who may recommend amendments to the document.

Once the Plan has passed Examination, the document will go to local referendum, where the community of Portishead will vote on whether the Plan should be formally adopted. We anticipate that the referendum will be held in Spring next year - watch this space.
